Police and the Secret Service are examining an occurrence in Frederick including an evident attempt to frighten citizens with the delivery of a threatening letter. The Secret Service is included because the letter specifically threatened Democratic governmental candidate Joe Biden and vice presidential nominee Sen. Kamala Harris.
